This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Meet People Social Stockholm will issue refunds for memberships and event tickets. By purchasing a membership or event ticket, you agree to the terms set out below.

Memberships

Membership purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. Memberships provide immediate access to multiple benefits and services, and refunds are not provided for unused time, partial billing periods, or a member's decision not to use the available benefits.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge through the Contact page. We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund.

Cancellation of an individual event does not entitle a member to a refund or cancellation of an active membership. Membership fees cover access to multiple membership benefits and services, and individual event cancellations are handled under the event terms below.

If Meet People Social Stockholm is unable to provide a material portion of the advertised membership benefits or services — including networking features, community access, the job board, member deals, consultations, or app functionality — for a substantial portion of the applicable paid membership period, please contact us promptly through the Contact page. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a full or partial refund for the affected service period.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Members can cancel their subscription at any time through the subscription management page. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous billing periods or unused time remaining in the current billing period. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.

Event Tickets

Refunds for event tickets are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellation by Meet People Social Stockholm: If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Buyer cancellations: All ticket purchases are non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance you cancel. This is because event costs — including venue, and staffing — are committed at the time of booking based on ticket numbers.
• No-shows: Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund.

To request a refund for an event ticket, please contact us with your name, email address, and order details before the applicable deadline above.

Event Details and Service Issues

Before payment, the checkout page shows the event date, local time, venue, street address, directions, and a map link. Please verify these details before purchasing. We record the event details shown at checkout with the payment so we can investigate any issue quickly.

If the venue details are inaccurate, the event is cancelled by Meet People Social Stockholm, or the advertised service cannot be provided as described, contact us immediately through the Contact page and before contacting your bank. Include your order email, event date, venue, and a description of the problem. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method. We aim to acknowledge urgent event-day reports promptly and all other requests within 3 business days.

If you cancel an event ticket for personal reasons, the buyer-cancellation and no-show rules above apply. If we change the venue or other material event details, we will notify ticket holders using the contact details on their order and provide the available remedy before the event.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact page with your name, email address, and details of your purchase. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Meet People Social Stockholm reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
